SPRING EVENTS CALENDAR
MARCH.......23rd & 24th, A SAUSAGE MAKING WORKSHOP.....including sausage lore...types of equipment used.....different meats used, % of fat, dry vs. fresh sausage, smoking, casings used......we will make one or two types of sauasge, put them in casings.......taste them, of course, and open discussions while enjoying a beer sausage meal. Maximum participants...12....call to reserve your spot....introductory cost $35 p/p
